How long does an artwork check take?

While our automated preflight check swiftly processes most orders, about 40% require manual inspection by our artwork experts to ensure premium quality. The reason for this can be due to the complexity and/or quality of the artwork. Certain products, such as products with exclusive finishes, or textiles, always needs to be checked manually.

The expert review time depends on current order deadlines, but we always deliver proofs before your deadline. If your order is paid or ordered by paying via EFT, you will receive your proof within 24h. Please note that the majority of our artwork experts are covering the checks during standard business hours.
