Can I speed up my order that is already in production?

If you ordered a specific product on a certain turnaround time and your order is in production, we can unfortunately not speed-up the production or delivery time.

We work with more than 30 suppliers, who all have their own deadlines and production times. If an order is taken into production, the turnaround time is set and planning has been made. We cannot offer any speed-up after this, not even with extra payment.
